For admission, you need to submit the following package of documents (original documents are submitted):

1) a document (original) about the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is carried out;

2) attachment (original) to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is made (if available);

3) an academic certificate issued by a foreign/Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer or renewal of studies, starting from the second year, an academic certificate is attached);

4) an original and a copy of a document that contains information about the content of the educational program according to the previous degree (level) of higher education, credits received, duration of study and success in academic disciplines (in the absence of this information in the appendix to the education document), upon admission for obtaining master's degree or postgraduate education, if the lack of this information makes it impossible to recognize the qualification according to the document;

5) a copy of a foreigner's passport document or a document certifying a stateless person;

6) medical certificate form 086-O (or its equivalent in the applicant's country of origin);

     7) health insurance policy, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine;

8) 6 photo cards measuring 30 x 40 mm;

9) a copy of the passport on both sides (if available);

10) a copy of the visa;

The documents specified in subparagraphs 1 - 6 of this clause must be certified in the country of their issuance in the manner that is officially used in this country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.

The admission of foreigners and stateless individuals is carried out in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Higher Education," "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons," "On Ukrainian Expatriates," "On Refugees and Persons in Need of Additional or Temporary Protection," "On Establishing Additional Legal and Social Guarantees for Citizens of the Republic of Poland Residing on the Territory of Ukraine," by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 12, 2018, No. 729 "Issues of Higher Education for Certain Categories of Individuals," by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated November 1, 2013, No. 1541 "Some Issues of Organization of Enrollment and Education (Internship) of Foreigners and Stateless Persons," registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2013, under No. 2004/24536, by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated December 2, 2019, No. 1498 "On Approval of the Procedure for Establishing Quotas for Higher Education for Foreigners and Stateless Persons within the Framework of the State Order in Accordance with International Treaties of Ukraine," registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 10, 2020, under No. 153/34436, by the Resolution No. 322 dated April 25, 2018, "On Approval of the Sample, Technical Description of the Blank, and Procedure for Issuance, Exchange, Cancellation, Transfer, Withdrawal, Return to the State, Invalidity Recognition, and Destruction of Temporary Residence Permits," and by the Resolution No. 692 dated June 17, 2022, "On Termination of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on Visa-Free Travel for Citizens of Ukraine and the Russian Federation and the Application of Certain International Treaties of Ukraine with the Russian Federation."

Citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus who do not have a permanent residence permit in Ukraine (have legally crossed the border and are on the territory of Ukraine) are admitted to study with an individual permit from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

2. Foreigners and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as "foreigners") may pursue higher education at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine, the binding consent of which has been approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, legislation or agreements between higher education institutions on international academic mobility.

The admission of foreigners and stateless persons, including Ukrainian expatriates permanently residing in Ukraine, citizens of the Republic of Poland, recognized refugees, and persons in need of additional protection, to the state-funded positions is carried out in accordance with point 6 of section III of these Regulations. The admission of other categories of foreigners for education in state-funded positions is carried out within the quotas for foreigners.

The admission of foreigners for higher education is conducted in accredited educational programs. Dragomanov Ukrainian State University may also admit foreigners for preparatory faculty (unit) programs for learning the state language and/or the language of instruction, as well as for postgraduate education, qualification upgrading, and internships.

3. Admission of foreigners for education can be conducted in-person and/or remotely.

The validity period of the invitation to study is no more than one year from the date of its registration in the "Electronic Journal" automated system of the authorized state enterprise under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Foreigners who have received an invitation to study, registered in the "Electronic Journal" automated system of the authorized state enterprise under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, have received a complex of information and advisory support services, and have obtained a visa for entry into Ukraine (except citizens of visa-free entry countries) for the purpose of studying or have completed the procedure for the legalization of education documents in the country of their issuance (legalization carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the country that issued the education document; legalization carried out at the consular section of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission abroad (consular legalization or apostille)).

In the case of distance admission, foreigners send legalized and notarized copies of their previous education documents to Dragomanov Ukrainian State University by postal means. Upon first crossing the state border of Ukraine and upon arrival at Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, the foreign student submits the original documents in person.

Foreign students enrolled in full-time programs are provided with accommodation in student dormitories.
